Clonal evolution of platinum resistant urothelial carcinoma

Using whole-exome, whole genome and RNA sequencing of urothelial carcinoma samples including matched sets of primary and locally recurrent or metastatic UC tumors and plasma circulating tumor DNA collected over time, we describe the molecular landscape of mutational signatures and structural variants, and gene expression in chemotherapy-resistant urothelial cancer and in bladder cancer pre- and post-treatment with different therapies.
