Envelopes of zoning related to easements of category PM1 (Predictable Natural Hazard Prevention Plan or Mining). PPRNPs are intended to prevent natural hazards such as floods, field movements, and avalanches, forest fires, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms or cyclones. These plans delineate: — risk-exposed areas in which constructions, works, developments and operations are prohibited or subject to conditions; — areas not directly exposed to the risks in which construction, works, improvements and holdings are prohibited or subject to conditions because they are likely to aggravate the risks or cause new ones. The attitude of an easement is the spatial field (i.e., the geographical area) within which the easement applies.
