资源简介:
We recorded undisturbed dyadic interactions between two familiar female mice of the same age (8-12 weeks of age) for 47h (two days and nights). Ultrasonic vocalisations were recorded with one CM16/CMPA microphone (Avisoft Bioacoustics, Glienecke, Germany) connected to the Avisoft Ultrasound Gate 416 (300 kHz sampling rate, 16-bit format; trigger: level of this channel; pre-trigger: 1 s; hold time: 1 s; duration > 0.005 s; trigger event: 2 % energy in 25-125 kHz with entropy < 50%; Avisoft Bioacoustics, Glienecke, Germany). The USV sequence was recorded when the two mice of the cage were engaged in long chase, i.e., intense follow behaviour. The given stereo files provide on one channel two repetitions of the USV sequence separated by 2 s of silence, after a high-pass filter at 30 kHz. The second channel includes a repetition of two sequences of background noise separated by 2 s of silence, after a high-pass filter at 30 kHz.
