On the basis of Article 92 of the Ionising Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Act (ZVISJV-1), the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Nuclear Safety keeps, for each radiation or nuclear installation, a record of persons whose professional qualifications have been verified and who fulfil the conditions for performing certain works and tasks and have been licensed, terminated or withdrawn (e.g. operators of a nuclear power plant reactor and research reactor, manager of a radioactive waste storage facility).
