Geodesic Slice Sampling on the Sphere (GeoSSS) results

Precomputed results used in the publication titled "Geodesic Slice Sampling on the Sphere". This can be used with our package on Github: https://github.com/microscopic-image-analysis/geosss

To use this data, follow the below steps:

1. Download and unzip the data. 

2. Clone the github repository and navigate to the root directory.

git clone https://github.com/microscopic-image-analysis/geosss.git
cd geosss

3. Install the dependencies for the package preferably within a virtual environment (shown here with venv, but can be any other environment manager) as below

python3 -m venv .venvsource .venv/bin/activatepip install -r requirements.txt

3. Move the data to a new "results" directory inside the repository. For folders for "mixture_vMF_d10_K5_kappa50" to "mixture_vMF_d10_K5_kappa500" (10 folders after unzipping each), please instead move them to "results/mix_vMF_d10_K5" directory.

4. You can use the "geosss/scripts" directory to use this data and plot results.
