Niobium Titanium Nitride as a High Tensile Stress Material for Nanomechanics
收藏资源简介:
This archive contains the data displayed in the manuscript "Niobium Titanium Nitride as a High Tensile Stress Material for Nanomechanics" in digital form. The data is sorted in folders, which are named according to the figure number of the manuscript. The files within each folder are named according to the figure number and panel (a, b, c, ...).If there are several contents in a panel, they are given in separate csv files meaningfully named, i.e., ..._data and ..._fit if there is experimental data and a fit.If e.g. different temperatures or string lengths are shown in the same panel, the files indicate this in their name, i.e., ...-293K or ...-20um. Sketches, illustrations and images are stored either as vector graphics (.svg) and as high-resolution raster graphics (.tiff). The data is stored as .csv files, using semicolons as delimiters. The first line defines this separator. The second line is a comment assigning the data file to the figure. The third line defines the columns in human-readable form using the axis definition of the respective figure. The remainder of the file contains the data in plain text ascii. If the figures contain multiple panels, the filenames in the respective folders indicate this. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).To view a copy of this license, visit http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/.
