The meta-analysis explores the multi-faceted nature of differentiated language instruction (DLI) by examining its underlying elements, challenges, issues and strategies in the English language teaching context. The study highlights the important underlying elements of DLI such as readiness, interests, and profiles which are crucial in classroom teaching.
