The role of keratinocyte DDX5 in IMQ-induced psoriatic mice

To investigate whether DDX5 is involved in the development of psoriasis,we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of ear skins from Ddx5f/f and K14Ddx5f/f psoriatic mice Overall design: A daily topical dose of 25 mg IMQ cream (5%) (Shichuan MedShine Pharmaceuticals Co.) per ear for seven consecutive days. At day 8, ears were collected for RNA isolation.
