This repository contains the data and code used in the manuscript, Red and Green Snow Algae Blooms Exhibit Distinct Associations with Phosphate Availability Along the West Antarctic Peninsula (Ryan & Khan, in preparation). 

The archived version represents the exact data and code used to generate all results and figures in the manuscript. Files are organized by analysis workflow, including directories for cell density, pigment concentration, pigment composition, nutrient concentrations, and phosphate binning. The development version of this repository is maintained on GitHub.
