We present MurineCyto-Det, a novel resource comprising 333 high-resolution (1024×1024) cytology images from mouse BALF, annotated with five cell classes (Macrophage/Monocyte, Neutrophil, Eosinophil, Lymphocyte,and Unknown cell/Debris), pixel-level segmentation masks, and one-to-one matched bounding boxes.
