We report the application of next-generation sequencing (NGS) to analysis the gene expression profile among three different cells:iPSC-MC-Ch, iPSC-NCC-Ch and primary chondrocyte. Our results shown that iPSC-MC-Chs were more similar to iPSC-NCC-Chs than primary chondrocytes. Overall design: To define which lineage derived chondrocyte is the best for generating hyaline cartilage, human iPSCs were differentiated into mesodermal and ectodermal lineage cells and further induced to chondrocytes.
