The information of the phenotypic blocks can be found at https://biobank.ndph.ox.ac.uk/showcase/field.cgi?id=41202. The bold-faced blocks indicate the associations with the corresponding SNP reported in the GWAS catalog. The number under the rs-number of SNP represents the total number of phenotypic blocks identified. FDR threshold is calculated at a nominal FDR level of 5%.
