To comprehensively analyze the characteristics of m6A modified RNAs in HCASMCs with ox-LDL treated and control group and search for new diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets for CAD. We then performed m6A modified RNAs expression profiling analysis using data obtained from meRIP-seq of cells treated with 50ug/ml ox-LDL or control. Overall design: Human coronary artery smooth muscle cells (HCASMCs) were treated with ox-LDL at 50 mg/L for 24 h to model the abnormal lipid metabolism in vitro of CAD. Then, differential expression profiles of m6A modified RNAs were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina.
