Voynich Manuscript Paduan Medical Reference

This study characterizes the Voynich Manuscript (Beinecke MS 408) not as a linguistic cipher orinvented language but as a mechanical, modular, analog-computational system emergingfrom the Paduan medical–philosophical tradition of the early fifteenth century. Themanuscript’s structure, folio organization, combinatorial operators, topological adjacencypatterns, and module interactions align with contemporaneous medical, astrological, anddidactic compression systems bridging Arabic, Salernitan, and Italian scholastic practices.The model presented here—VMS_OS—treats the manuscript as a procedural engine, not atext, and defines a reproducible formalism for analysis and falsification.
