资源简介:
The article examines the psychological characteristics of students’ compliant behavior in the context of identity formation and autonomy development. Compliance is analyzed as a multidimensional phenomenon including normative and value-based components that differently affect subjectivity and professional identity. The theoretical framework is based on the psychosocial development concept of Erik Erikson and the self-determination theory of Edvard Desy and Richard Rayan.
