Co-IP with antibody against mouse Mot1, Ino80 , Nc2 beta and IgG, then use anti-Mot1, Ino80 or Nc2 beta antibodies to detect the Mot1, Ino80 and Nc2 beta.
The order of the samples is:
40% Input, IP_IgG, IP_Mot1, 40% Input, IP_IgG, IP_Ino80, 40% Input, IP_IgG, IP_Nc2 beta,
