Mycobacterium tuberculosis Genome sequencing and assembly. Mycobacterium tuberculosis

We are doing a whole-genome sequence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB221/11, MTBR1/09, MTBR2/09 and MTBR3/09) isolated from patients.Within these four strains, we want to determine to the similar genes and strain-specific genes. This will provide information on the property of the strains. Three of the isolates (MTBR1/09, MTBR2/09 and MTBR3/09) are drug resistant strains to 1st line drugs determined using absolute concentration method. As for MTB221/11 the antibiotic sensitivity is not tested, however from the sequencing result, it is a drug sensitive strain.
