<b>Supplementary data for the paper of the same name, published in :</b><b>[]</b>This dataset includes CRISPR studies scored for Genetic Interaction using multiple methods. The studies analyzed are:1) Dede Study [Reference]2) Ito Study [Reference]3) Thompson Study [Reference]4) CHyMErA [Reference]5) Parrish Study [Reference]The following scoring methods were applied:1) Orthrus [Reference]2) Parrish Score [Reference]3) zdLFC [Reference]4) Gemini (Strong and Sensitive) [Reference]<br>Each scoring method—except for zdLFC—applies default filtering steps before generating scores. All studies were scored using these methods both <b>with</b> and <b>without</b> default filtering steps.For scores generated with filtering, the results are stored in the respective <code>'</code>Filtered' folder within each study directory.<br>
