ScaleAgData Deliverable D4.2 Data-based farming services: Example notebooks for reference software

Example notebooks for the ScaleAgData-project Deliverable D4.2 Data-based farming services. Demonstrates interfacing APSIM simulation model using farmingpy Python library and the data model developed for digital twins to support smart farming decisions. The farmingpy-package that was used to run the notebook is provided as file farmingpy-main.zip (commit  00a6707). Python scripts fmis.py and ngsiobjects.py, which are needed for the datamodel notebooks, are provided in datamodel.zip. Unzip datamodel.zip to the project root folder, where notebooks are located.
