This FAIRsharing record describes: The HuBMAP Data Portal is the central resource for discovery, visualization, and download of single-cell tissue data generated by the Human BioMolecular Atlas Program consortium. HuBMAP tools and maps are openly available, inclusice of a standardized data curation and processing workflow ensure that only high quality is released. The HuBMAP Data Portal aims to be an open map of the human body at the cellular level to accelerate efforts to understand the relationships between the organization of cells and tissues, biological function, and human health from fresh, fixed, or frozen healthy human tissue using in situ and dissociative techniques that have high-spatial resolution data.
