This site provides tissue expression predictions for genes across 282 tissue-stages in Drosophila melanogaster generated based on 6,378 microarray and sequencing experiments in a dynamic, interactive heatmap visualization. You can view the expression scores in clusters, or sort by gene / tissue model by clicking on their labels. We also suggest other genes that may have similar expression profiles. All results are available for download or perusing in table form.
The fly tissue-developmental stage expression prediction project is a collaboration of Troyanskaya lab in the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics at Princeton University and Furlong lab in EMBL Heidelberg.
