Site types of forest site sensing in Saxony (linear)
收藏资源简介:
The data set contains the results (location information) of the forest site survey in the Free State of Saxony in relation to the smallest mapped area unit, the site form. A site form is described by the location characteristics of local soil form, water balance level, soil moisture level, nutrient level (Trophia), humidity rate, depth, underlay, roughness form, slope inclination and mesoclimate form, a site. These characteristics are recorded or updated every 10 years as part of the site survey, according to a standardised procedure. On the basis of the Saxon Forest Act, the Free State of Saxony, regardless of the type of forest ownership, is responsible for the site sensing. Implementation is the responsibility of the state enterprise Sachsenforst. The data is used for the forest location map.
