Specific-pathogen-free (SPF) C57BL/6J mice were subcutaneously immunized with myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG35-55) peptide and complete freund's adjuvant. Mice were sacrificed at day 14 after immunization. ScRNA-seq analysis of sorted CD45+ cells in the small intestine (SI) and spinal cord (SC) (n = 4 pooled per group).
