FLIPR raw data

This dataset contains the raw FLIPR (Fluorescence Imaging Plate Reader) calcium imaging data used in the mathematical modeling of the differential sensitivity of ORAI1α and ORAI1β variants to extracellular pH. The data were acquired from live-cell fluorescence recordings of cells expressing either ORAI1α, ORAI1β or mutants exposed to varying extracellular pH conditions. These recordings capture real-time intracellular calcium dynamics in response to thapsigargin and were used to build and validate mathematical models described in the study. The dataset is provided as Excel files, with each file corresponding to an independent experiment. The data support the findings presented in the publication by Robitaille et al. (2025) in BBA - Molecular Cell Research, titled "ORAI1α and ORAI1β have differential sensitivity to extracellular pH.
