统计分析本单位模具产品出口数据,通过对各种各样的模具产品出口占比进行分层,对相关模具产品在海外的出口产值占比进行判断,以总结得出不同模具产品类型在海外不同地区的需求程度,对于较为热门的产品加大生产投入及库存,对较为冷门的产品减少生产投入及库存。该项数据分析对至整个模具行业具有重要参考价值,为中国模具企业在世界各地的产品布局提供决策依据,同时也能促进中国模具企业更为有效创造外汇效益。1.数据采集:采集汽车前大灯模具在欧洲的出口数据并统计,对客户相关信息进行脱敏处理。 2.数据运算:汽车前大灯模具出口产值占比P=(汽车前大灯模具出口数量×汽车前大灯模具出口单价)/出口总产值×100%,各项数据均为统计时间段内的数据。 3.数据分析:根据汽车前大灯模具出口占比P的值,对其进行分层处理:若P>33.3%,则划分为“A类出口模具产品”分层;若25%<P≤33.3%,则划分为“B类出口模具产品”分层;若20%<P≤25%,则划分为“C类出口模具产品”分层;若15%<P≤20%,则划分为“D类出口模具产品”分层;若10%<P≤15%,则划分为“E类出口模具产品”分层;若P≤10%,则划分为“F类出口模具产品”分层。
This study conducts statistical analysis on the export data of mold products of our organization. By stratifying the export proportion of various mold products and judging the export output value proportion of relevant mold products overseas, it summarizes the demand levels of different mold product types in different overseas regions. For relatively popular products, production input and inventory will be increased, while for relatively niche products, production input and inventory will be reduced. This data analysis has important reference value for the entire mold industry, providing decision-making basis for Chinese mold enterprises to carry out product layout worldwide, and also helping Chinese mold enterprises generate foreign exchange earnings more efficiently. 1. Data Collection: Collect and count the export data of automotive headlight molds in Europe, and perform desensitization processing on relevant customer information. 2. Data Calculation: The export output value proportion P of automotive headlight molds is calculated as P = (export quantity of automotive headlight molds × unit price of automotive headlight molds) / total export value × 100%, where all data are from within the statistical time period. 3. Data Analysis: Stratify the export proportion P of automotive headlight molds according to its value: - If P > 33.3%, it is classified as "Class A Export Mold Product"; - If 25% < P ≤ 33.3%, it is classified as "Class B Export Mold Product"; - If 20% < P ≤ 25%, it is classified as "Class C Export Mold Product"; - If 15% < P ≤ 20%, it is classified as "Class D Export Mold Product"; - If 10% < P ≤ 15%, it is classified as "Class E Export Mold Product"; - If P ≤ 10%, it is classified as "Class F Export Mold Product".
