The dataset shall contain the following data: 3.1. The name of the building specialist; 3.2. The name of the building specialist; 3.3. The number of the certificate; 3.4. Type — a characteristic of what data the record is about. Possible values for ‘Certificate’ and ‘Sphere’; 3.5. Scope number — is empty if the record is about the certificate status history or scope that does not have a number; 3.6. Scope/area name — is empty if the record is about the certificate status history; 3.7. Status; 3.8. Date of establishment of the status; 3.9. The justification; 3.10. The date of the decision; 3.11. Type of decision.
