We chacterized the transcriptional changes that occur following induction of telomere dysfunction by deletion of Terf2. We analyzed mouse embryonic fibroblasts and primary liver cells following the same genetic intervention (deletion of Terf2). Overall design: 3 biologic replicates of control MEFs and Terf2-deleted MEFs seven days after deletion of Terf2. 4 biologic replicates of control and Terf2-deleted livers, six weeks after deletion of Terf2.
