This dataset contains observational and theoretical angular power spectra of the cosmic microwave background (CMB). The observational data include TT, TE, and EE spectra from the Planck 2018 release. The theoretical spectra were generated using the CLASS Boltzmann code, based on a novel cosmological model where time emerges as a scalar field φ(R) derived from spatial curvature. These data support the analyses and figures presented in the associated manuscript titled "Emergent Time as a Scalar Field of Spatial Curvature: A Geometric Theory Validated by the Planck CMB". All files are provided in plain text format or configuration input (.ini) for transparency and reproducibility.
