Paracondylactis sinensis Raw sequence reads

The complete mitochondrial genome of an edible sea anemone (Paracondylactis sinensis) living in the coast of Taizhou, China is sequenced and obtained in this study. The total length of this circular molecule is 20,786 bp. Thirteen protein coding genes, a putative ORF, two ribosomal RNA genes and two transfer RNA genes are annotated in it. Phylogenetic analysis based on the mitochondrial genome consolidates that this species belongs to the family of Actiniidae, although it has always been misidentified as Cereus sinensis or Calliactis sinensis of other families (Sagartiidae and Hormathiidae) in the reports of Chinese mainstream media.
