RNA-seq analysis in cells treated with low concentration of bortezomib

RNA-seq analysis of U2OS cells treated with 10 nM bortezomib for 0 hr, 30 hr, 60 hr, and 120 hr to identify cellular response to modest and long-term proteasome inhibition. Culture medium containing bortezomib was replaced every 12 hr. Total RNA was extracted from U2OS cells using High Pure RNA isolation kit, and RNA-Seq librarlies were obtained by TruSeq library preparation kit. RNA-Seq libraries were sequenced using HiSeq 4000 sequencer, and sequence reads were mapped to the human genome (hg19) and processed by Tophat and Cufflinks.
