Prediction of reduction behaviors of Campylobacter jejuni strains based on whole genomic information

We aimed to reveal the correlated genes for heat resistance and develop a predictive model using machine learning from whole genome sequencing data. It was suggested that wgMLST shows the possibility of a predictive model of reduction behavior in C. jejuni based on the whole genomic information.
