资源简介:
This directory contains spectral slopes of wind-driven ambient noise measured in Pacific Ocean in a series of experiments from 2009 till 2021 with a free falling platform Deep Sound. Additional information about the experiment and pre-processing of the data can be found in [1]. Spectral slopes are calculated with three estimators: ordinary least squares (LS), Theil-Sen (TS), and RANSAC (RS) algorithms in each location of measurements, which are stored in each .mat file. Theil-Sen and RANSAC algorithms are more robust and less ensitive to outliers in comparison to ordinary least squares. CTD was attached to the Deep Sound instrument platform and was recording data synchronously with the hydrophones. Wind data was recorded either by a R/V located (folder Wind_data_drops) near the drop or was downloaded from Copernicus Climate Change Service (files 01_wind.mat, 02_wind.mat, etc.) [2].   References: [1] Ernst M.
