资源简介:
The NIHR Research schools are collaborations between
leading academic centres with national coverage across England. The NIHR funds
three schools in these priority areas: the School for Primary Care Research
(SPCR, established 2006), the School for Public Health Research (SPHR,
established 2012), and the School for Social Care Research (SSCR, established
2009). The schools' mission is to increase the evidence base
for practice by funding research and building research capacity, with
supporting aims of leading strategically in their topic areas, engaging
stakeholders, and developing future research agendas. They also provide
capacity building programmes relevant to their priority areas that complement
broader NIHR Academy initiatives. The schools also work together to deliver joint
"three-schools" research programmes on government priority topics
such as Mental Health, Dementia, and Prevention, enabling a system wide
approach to tackle these challenges.
The following data provides a comprehensive list of the
projects commissioned to date by each of the Schools across their multiple
phases since their original inception. This also includes those funded by the
Three Schools collaboration research programmes. Please note that this only
includes those research projects commissioned by the Schools and not the
studentships or fellowships funded by their capacity building activities.
