Bulk RNA-seq: CD31 sorted lung cells after Glenn or sham surgery and diet modification

Pathogenesis of single ventricle pulmonary arteriovenous malformations is not well understood. We performed bulk RNA sequenicng (RNA-seq) on isolated lung CD31+ cells to investigate the molecular changes in lung endothelial cells early after Glenn or sham surgery in rats on different diet modifications. Overall design: RNA-seq profiling of microbead sorted CD31+ lung cells 3 weeks after Glenn or sham surgery. Post-surgical rats were on 1 of 3 modified diets: Vitamin A control, Vitamin A deficient diet, or Vitamin A excess diet.
