Gene expression analysis in islets from miR-203 TG mice [scRNA-seq]

To investigate the effect of miR-203 in type 2 diabetes, target genes of miR-203 need to be investigated. The ß cell specific miR-203 transgene (miR-203 TG) mice was constructed, and scRNA-seq was then performed on mouse islets. Overall design: We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from scRNA-seq of islets from 8-week-old WT and TG mice.
