Lab513/Zcell Datasets

Dataset to be used with Zcell software (https://github.com/Lab513/Zcells)

This dataset contains Z-stacks, training sets, trained classifiers (both SVMs and Random Forests) and classification results for different organisms and setups: Escherichia coli (agar pads and "mother machine" microfluidic device), yeast in microfluidic device, and mammalian cells.

The Z-stacks are available both as multi-page TIFF files, and as MAT files that are formatted to be used as inputs to our software. The other files are saved as MAT files that are formatted to work with our software. Details on those formats can be found on the software's wiki at https://github.com/Lab513/Zcells/wiki
