资源简介:
This dataset contains the model output files used in the analysis presented in the study "Coastal hypoxia in the Indian Ocean: unraveling drivers of spatio-temporal variability." The data were produced using the MOM6-COBALT-IND12 configuration—a high-resolution coupled physical-biogeochemical model developed for the Northern Indian Ocean. The dataset includes key model output variables such as dissolved oxygen, integrated primary production in the upper 100 m (intpp), and sea level anomalies (sla), which were used to investigate seasonal, intraseasonal, and interannual variability in coastal hypoxia across the region. It also includes observed oxygen profiles from the World Ocean Database 2018 (WOD18), extracted for the northern Indian Ocean coastal region, to support model evaluation and observational analysis. Additional outputs from the MOM6-COBALT-IND12 simulation, including full diagnostics and climatologies, are available at DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.14183130.
