资源简介:

This repository contains the complete supporting datasets associated with the manuscript: Hadi MS, Ariri AN, Aulia AC, Fidia R, Taufiqurrahman AF, Al Fisal AZH, Zahro FA.Gut-associated bacteria isolated from resistant Spodoptera frugiperda (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) degrade emamectin benzoate in vitro.Journal of Applied Entomology (submitted). Corresponding author: Mochammad Syamsul Hadi (msh@ub.ac.id)Institution: Department of Plant Pests and Diseases, Faculty of Bio-industry, Agriculture and Forestry, Universitas Brawijaya, Malang 65145, Indonesia Study Summary Third-instar larvae of emamectin benzoate-resistant Spodoptera frugiperda were collected from maize fields in Kediri Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Thirteen bacterial isolates were recovered from larval digestive tracts and evaluated for in vitro emamectin benzoate degradation using a filter paper diffusion assay. Nine isolates were identified to species level by 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Five representative isolates (E2, E8, E9, E12, E13) plus an abiotic control (E0) were subjected to GC–MS analysis to quantify residual emamectin benzoate and identify biodegradation-derived metabolites. Repository Contents Raw biodegradation measurements Morphological and physiological characterization of bacterial isolates Molecular identification (16S rRNA sequencing, BLAST results, raw chromatograms, FASTA files, phylogenetic data) GC-MS analytical reports Supporting documentation
