This dataset contains 16.5 million N gene mutation records from 4.2 million SARS-CoV-2 genomes, curated from public sequencing data.
Includes:
- Yearly mutation files (2022–2025), one row per mutation
- Global summary of top persistent mutations (e.g., N:R203K, N:P13L, N:G204R)
- Country, date, and accession-level metadata
Used for tracking evolutionary trends and supporting global surveillance (GVAtlas.Org)
