Data “Public Utility Servitude (SUP)” — DDTM 59-2013

The SUP database of the Departmental Directorate of Territories and the North Sea (DDTM 59) is composed of generating events, protection perimeters (e.g.: historical monument and protection radius of 500 m) of regulatory acts (Decree, by-law) as well as managers and/or beneficiary of public utility easements of the Department of the North. Through its mission to inform the Prefect on behalf of the Prefect in the instruction of urban planning procedures (PLU, POS, CC), DDTM 59 is forced to consolidate in part in a sig of the servitude bases.
