Supplement 2 for Goring et al. in press, data and R Markdown

Supplement 2 for Goring et al., in press. The file contains all the data and code required to run the R markdown version of the paper. The supplement also includes a compiled HTML document reflecting the final version of the paper. Because of data use agreements the code included here will not generate numerically identical results since the plant data file here is only 30% of the size of the actual database, and the locations are jittered.
