Murine colorectal cancer MC38 cells were injected in the flank of C57BL/6 mice to form tumor grafts over 7 days. Tumor-bearing mice were treated with daily injections of vanoxerine (25mg/kg) or vehichle control (saline) over 10 consecutive days.
