Supplementary data for A. Kushnareva, D. Tupikina, et al. BGC-QUAST: a quality assessment tool for genome mining software.This repository contains all datasets and results used in the Results section of the BGC-QUAST study. It includes:
ten reference genomes and two draft assemblies (Otu207 MAGs) used for benchmarking (genome.tar.gz),
genome mining outputs generated by supported tools (antiSMASH, GECCO, DeepBGC) (genome-mining-results.tar.gz),
complete BGC-QUAST evaluation reports in all three modes: compare-samples, compare-to-reference, and compare-tools (bgc-quast-reports.tar.gz).
