Lipid Profile and Angiography report

Being as cardiac and diabetic patient, I have summarized my Lipid profile report from year 2017 to 2022. Angiography report in year 2017. Doctor suggest bypass surgery. This reports are for my reference and believe that cardiovascular system can be better by using healthy diet and changing life style. Therefore I have generated this data to link my future article on cardiac system
