Genomic and transcriptomic responses to partial hepatectomy in the mouse liver Overall design: C57/BL6 12-14 week old male mice were housed and entrained for two weeks on a 12 hrs on/12 hrs off feeding and dark-light cycle with food access between ZT12 and ZT24 (ZT0 is defined as the time when the lights are turned on and ZT12 as the time when the lights are turned off). Negative control, sham control and post-PH liver samples were collected.
