To elucidate the gene expression changes in prefrontal cortex underlying the behavioral improvements of Fmr1 KO mice in response to Lactiplantibacillus plantarum PS128 (PS128) intervention, we performed single-nucleus RNA sequencing analysis of the prefrontal cortex on KO mice and their WT littermates with or without PS128 treatment.
