资源简介:
Tortanus discaudatus is a non-native copepod originating from the inshore waters of North America. It has been discovered in a number of locations along the east coast of Scotland. These data are measurements of the total length, prosome length, prosome width and urosome width. Additionally the number of free prosome somites, urosome somites and swimming legs have been recorded for each individual. For eggs, total diameter (egg plus frill) and egg only diameter are recorded. Data were from vertical hauls of a bongo net with 280µm (changed to 200µm in 2015) and 63µm mesh nets. These are measurements of individuals that have been fixed in 4% borax buffered formaldehyde solution. These data were recorded by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency.
