A pooled pull-down experiment for protein fragments, expressed with mRNA display, that bind Med15 or TFIID subcomplex Protein fragments of length 53 amino acids were synthesized as an oligo pool and in vitro translated using mRNA display as a pool of protein fragments covalently tagged with their mRNA sequences. The library was sequenced before and after pull-down with Med15 or Taf4/5/9/6/12 bound to magnetic beads.
