Caves

Cadastre of natural caves of the Autonomous Province of Trento. The establishment of the cadastre of caves and karst areas of the Province of Trento was provided for by Provincial Law No 37 of 31 October 1983 (Protection of mineralogical, paleontological, paletnological, speleological and karst heritage); Article 14 of the aforementioned law entrusts the Provincial Executive with the issuing of rules relating to the installation, operation, updating and access to the land register itself. The cadastre of the caves of Trentino was officially activated on 14 March 2008 by specific resolution of the Provincial Council.
