Code underlying the publication: Arterial input function estimation compensating for inflow and partial voluming in dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI

This is the Matlab code designed for simultaneously correcting the inflow and partial volume effects (PVE) for arterial input function (AIF) measurement in dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI. It includes a demo with an measured AIF contaminated with both inflow and PVE. With the designed functions, the contamination could be removed and an ideal AIF could be reconstructed.本代码专为动态对比增强磁共振成像（dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI）中的动脉输入函数（arterial input function, AIF）测量任务设计，可同时校正流入效应与部分容积效应（partial volume effects, PVE）。该代码附带一则演示程序，其演示素材为同时受到流入效应与部分容积效应污染的实测动脉输入函数。通过本代码实现的校正功能，可去除上述两类污染并重建得到理想的动脉输入函数。
